The secret ingredient in our salsa mixes is the Chili Tepin, a pepper that has both heat and a unique flavor.  They are very small, "pea-sized" peppers, only grown in Sonora, Mexico.  Although not always readily available, and very expensive, the chili tepin is the main ingredient in the hot and mild salsa mixes. Our salsa mix is made with all-natural ingredients and contains no preservatives.
